weekend plans

-learn to start the lawn mower (stop laughing, i know how to mow, just not how to start the thing.)
-mow desperately over grown lawn
-weed around my pretty hyacinths and tulips
-plant the spreading petunias that i bought last weekend
-spread mulch around newly planted petunias
-plant the four hanging baskets i bought last weekend and the two i already own
-plant the sunflowers that i bought. they'll be 16ft tall!
-trim bushes in front
-purchase deck chairs and table
-assemble deck chairs and table
-be a good mommy
-prepare for and host bookclub brunch on sunday

i think i am going to need some gardening gloves...
