time for a catch-you-up. i caught bizzy-life again.

my bff and her fiance came to dc at the start of september for a wonderful visit that was full of fun and, accidentally, lots of exercise. long story, but our 2 hour tubing trip lasted 7 hours and we all learned, based on that day, that if the world ended, we'd all make it out somehow together alive. :) it was fun. i so enjoyed seeing them.

one day after they left, my parents and brother arrived for a visit, which was also very fun and wonderful! it was nice to have them here for so long. friday we celebrated my birthday and, believe it or not (i am having a hard time believing this myself!), we also celebrated adam's 1st birthday on sunday. what a fun weekend! there was shopping, sight-seeing, wagon rides, playing in the grass, cake, more cake, yummy meals out and in... a great time.

this week- i am back to work and to teaching yoga! one class on thursday mornings and two classes on sunday evenings. no... i haven't quit my full-time job. remember, i told you, i caught bizzy life again...

but, bizzy means fulfilled, blessed, overflowing and fun. i'll take all that.
