this whole story started with me needing to go online to look up the number for 1800flowers.
doh.
not a good start.
i had to call them to complain. though their order confirmation email said my satisfaction was guaranteed, i was the opposite of satisfied.
once i figured out the number for 1800flowers, i looked at my blackberry and discovered the numbers don't have the corresponding letters that a normal phone has. also, the order confirmation email did not have the actual number. erg.
i am in our chair, in our living room, laptop on my lap. eric is sprawled on the couch. the family guy is on our tv.
me- eric?
no reply.
me- eric?! i need your help with my phone so i can make this call.
him- what??!! i'm awake, i'm watching it!
me- no, no i need you to tell me the letters that correspond with the numbers for "flowers." it's not on my phone.
him- the letters and numbers and numbers and, wait, what....?!
me- no! the letters that go with the numbers. i need you to just look at your phone and tell me what numbers to dial!
him- oh sorry, sorry. (picks up his phone and looks at it.) it's 9:15 babe.
(lays back down on couch, shuts eyes.)
siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh.
